Chile and I went Grant’s farm today. He got to wrestle with baby goats and stare at a huge tortoise.

We have very different zoo styles. I like to skip from one animal to the next — he, on the other hand, likes to study them for an hour or so before moving to the next thing.

Before we left he had to make sure the fake squirrels in the front yard were well fed with wood chips.
(It’s just his thing… I have no idea if he thinks they’re real squirrels or not)
