another usability flaw that annoyed me today:

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, adwords@google.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

This is from Google! The strangely accusatory tone is odd. And the error message itself is pretty useless. got up and working again in a minute – must have had a hard reboot on a whole farm or something.
so here’s my issues with this:
1. “”please contact the server administrator, adwords@google.com”” – how about please email the administrator?
2. More info in the server log – which is useful, as i have access to the server logs of google and all.
3. “”Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”” techie verbage and useless info
